Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused crew member at our Gelato outlet to provide excellent service and create a welcoming experience for customers. The ideal candidate will serve gelato products, maintain cleanliness, handle cash transactions, and ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.


Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gelato flavors, toppings, and other menu items.

Spade and serve gelato, sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts according to company standards.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining accurate cash balances.

Keep the counter, display, dining area.
