Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make cold and warm outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
  • Pitch health, life, or motor insurance products to potential buyers.
  • Overcome customer objections regarding policy pricing, terms, and coverage.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly policy conversion targets.
  • Log all call outcomes accurately in the internal CRM system.

Salary & Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based monthly rewards with no upper limit.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or insurance sales.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills in [Marathi/Hindi/English].
  • Resilient mindset to handle high rejection rates daily.
  • Basic understanding of insurance terms and guidelines.
  • Minimum HSC Pass
