👥 Openings: 10 Positions
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹29,000 In-Hand
🎓 Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass
⏳ Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Bulk Hiring – BPO Industry
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end bulk recruitment for BPO requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Ensure timely joining and documentation of selected candidates.
- ✅ Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of bulk hiring experience in any BPO is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable handling bulk requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring drives.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
