HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring and interview targets.
• Coordinate the joining process and complete required documentation.
• Maintain proper records of candidate status and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
• Experience with recruitment/job portals will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate recruitment will be preferred.
• Should be target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Thane

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
