Process Manager-CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit
- Manage and oversee processes related to credit card hardship assistance. - Responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the hardship assistance unit. - Coordinate with various teams to handle credit card customer issues related to financial hardship. - Monitor process efficiency and implement improvements where necessary. - Ensure compliance with banking and financial service standards. - Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments to resolve hardship cases. - Support the credit card team in managing customer accounts under hardship programs. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hardship assistance. - Drive process adherence and quality assurance within the unit. - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience during financial difficulties.Job role
