Branch Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Tirupur - Periyar Colony - J Grades
- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focused on secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP (Loan Against Property). - Oversee client acquisition, relationship management, and loan portfolio growth within the assigned branch. - Drive sales targets and ensure compliance with lending policies. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and disbursal. - Maintain strong understanding of secured business loan products and market dynamics. - Manage branch-level sales staff and ensure achievement of business objectives. - Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan solutions. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client queries. - Uphold company standards and regulatory requirements in all branch sales activities.Job role
