CRM Executive – Software Division
📍 Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu (Office-Based) | Full-Time | 1–2 Years Experience
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + Performance Incentive (Total potential up to ₹20,000+/month)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Mon–Sat | Sunday Off

Role Overview
A telecalling & CRM management role with direct revenue impact — not a receptionist or admin job. Make 50–70 outbound calls/day to business owners, identify their HR/payroll pain points, and fix qualified demo appointments. Every appointment fixed is a potential ₹1.45 Lakh deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to business owners in Tiruppur, Erode & Coimbatore
- Identify HR/payroll pain points & fix 20–25 qualified demos/month
- Handle inbound leads (FB, Instagram, WhatsApp) — respond within 30 mins
- Maintain 100% CRM entry; follow structured Day 1/3/7/15/30 follow-up cycle
- Build & maintain 50+ active lead pipeline
- Submit daily call reports by 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Any Graduate (stream doesn't matter)
- Min 1 year in telecalling/inside sales/CRM support (freshers with strong communication may apply)
- Confident phone communication; fluent Tamil + basic English
- Comfortable with 50–70 calls/day consistently
- Basic CRM/Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
