Despatch Executive – Spinning Mill

Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years as a Despatch executive

Education: Any Degree / Diploma

Job Description: We are looking for a Despatch Executive for our spinning mill in Tiruppur.

• Responsibilities: Handle daily yarn despatch activities.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, gate passes and transport documents.
• Verify yarn count, lot number, quantity and packing before despatch.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers and loading team.
• Arrange vehicles as per customer delivery requirements.
• Update despatch details in ERP/software and Excel.
• Maintain despatch registers and daily reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle shortages, discrepancies and returned materials.
• Maintain accurate finished-goods stock and despatch records.

Required Skills:

• Experience in spinning mill / textile despatch preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of yarn counts, lots and packing will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in yarn despatch / textile logistics / spinning mill operations.
