Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, courses, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic interests, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about colleges, courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and internal admission teams.
- Assist students throughout the admission and documentation process.
- Meet monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
