Telecalling And Email Marketing Executive

What You Will Do

1. Telecalling & Lead Generation

• Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business enquiries

• Introduce Hira Industries and its products to potential customers and generate relevant business leads

• Follow up systematically with existing and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product information clearly

• Maintain proper records of calls made, responses received, leads generated, and follow-ups pending

• Identify potential customers through online research, databases, references, and existing business networks

2. Email Marketing & Business Communication

• Prepare and send professional business emails to existing and prospective customers

• Conduct regular email follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, product information, and business development

• Assist in preparing and executing email marketing campaigns for products, offers, company updates, and business communication

• Maintain proper email databases and ensure customer information is updated regularly

• Draft professional emails with clear subject lines, relevant content, attachments, and follow-up requirements

• Track email responses and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for further action

3. Customer Coordination & Follow-Up

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

• Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments wherever required for customer-related queries

• Follow up on quotations, samples, orders, payments, product enquiries, and other sales-related requirements

• Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure timely communication

• Escalate important customer issues or potential business opportunities to the concerned senior

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer, dealer, distributor, prospect, and lead databases

• Update daily calling and follow-up records in Excel / Google Sheets

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering calls, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Maintain records of email campaigns, responses, customer interactions, and pending follow-ups

• Ensure no important lead or customer follow-up is missed

• Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Head on lead status and customer responses

5. Computer & Digital Operations

• Work confidently on Windows operating system and common office applications

• Use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Chrome for day-to-day work

• Conduct Google-based market research and identify potential business leads

• Maintain and organise digital files, customer records, email databases, and reports

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with basic digital and online business communication activities.
