Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively handling customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable mobile phones, accessories, offers, exchange options, and finance/EMI schemes. The candidate must maintain good customer relationships, provide accurate product and pricing information, follow all company sales and billing processes, ensure proper documentation, and maintain store discipline. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for product display, stock coordination, customer follow-ups, achieving individual and store-level targets, generating Google reviews as per company policy, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills, confidence, product knowledge, teamwork, and a target-oriented approach are essential for this role.
