We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling international customers over calls, providing customer service, resolving queries, and identifying sales or upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Promote and sell relevant products/services to customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM.
• Achieve defined sales, service, quality, and productivity targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with international customers.
• Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a sales mindset.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work in Night/rotational shifts.
• Prior experience in international voice, BPO, telesales, customer service, or international calling will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
