Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities (JD)

1. Customer Handling & Sales Welcome customers and understand their jewellery needs. Explain jewellery designs, product details, pricing, offers, and schemes. Suggest suitable jewellery products according to customer requirements. Convert showroom visitors into sales. Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

2. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by BN Jewellers. Follow up with customer enquiries and potential buyers. Maintain customer details and enquiry records. Generate repeat sales through customer relationships.

3. Product Knowledge Develop knowledge of gold, diamond, silver jewellery, designs, and collections. Understand making charges, offers, and company schemes. Keep updated with jewellery trends and customer preferences.

4. Customer Service Provide a premium shopping experience to customers. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

5. Showroom Operations Support Maintain jewellery display and product arrangement. Support stock checking and showroom activities. Follow showroom policies and maintain discipline. Maintain professional grooming and communication.
