Sales Executive – Job DescriptionCompany: Tech Transformation

Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Tech Transformation is hiring a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive for our Varanasi Branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales opportunities, following up with leads, giving product information, and converting potential customers into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle new customer leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Digital Smart Board / Smart Classroom Solution.
• Regularly follow up with potential customers and maintain proper communication.
• Arrange online and offline product demonstrations for interested customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, warranty, installation, and after-sales support.
• Maintain and update customer details, follow-ups, remarks, and sales status in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, teachers, and other educational institutions.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager, demo team, installation team, and support team.
• Follow up with customers until final payment, installation, and successful deal closure.
• Generate new business opportunities through local market visits and references when required.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Comfortable with calling and regular customer follow-ups.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to learn about technology products and explain them confidently.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Candidates with experience in Sales, EdTech, Electronics, IT Products, Smart Boards, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
