Job Description
SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR — FULL-TIME FIELD ROLE
Company: Swastika Design & Constructions (SDNC)
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Work mode: On-site/field job only; this is not remote or work-from-home. The employee will travel to SDNC residential-construction and interior project sites within Varanasi.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 fixed per month, depending on relevant experience and practical capability, plus performance-based incentive.
Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily civil-construction and interior-site work.
• Manage labour, masons, contractors and other site teams.
• Understand construction/interior drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Take and verify site measurements.
• Coordinate materials, contractors and work progress.
• Maintain daily site reports and submit timely updates.
• Check workmanship, quality and completion of assigned work.
• Travel to different SDNC project sites in Varanasi when required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Practical civil-construction or interior-site experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates who can handle both civil and interior work will receive priority.
• Ability to manage labour and contractors.
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.
• Disciplined daily progress reporting.
• Willingness to work full-time at active project sites.
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Freshers may also apply through the form, but practical site experience will receive priority.
• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred, not compulsory.
• CV is optional.
• Nearby candidates from Harahua, Babatpur, Rehataur, Shivpur, Sarnath and Bhojubeer are preferred.
