Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Verify incoming goods and maintain accurate GRN/inward entries.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
- Maintain and update inventory records in Excel/ERP.
- Track shipments and follow up with transporters for timely delivery.
- Organize storage of goods, ensuring proper labeling and FIFO.
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities with warehouse staff.
- Handle daily reporting, stock updates, and documentation.
- Address any logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations.
- Good knowledge of inward/outward processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer operations.
- Understanding of delivery challans, invoices, and transport documentation.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
