Site Engineer

SVR Constructions is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other project teams.

- Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.

- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

- Take measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

- Follow safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.

- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project progress.

- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience in residential and commercial construction will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and measurements.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and workers effectively.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
