Telecalling Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls and communicate with customers effectively. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• Explain products, services, offers, or company information clearly.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Update customer information in company systems.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Prepare basic daily calling reports.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• English: Basic English

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
