Job Description
Looking for an experienced GeM Tender Executive to manage government tenders and GeM operations for our pharmaceutical/healthcare business.
- ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant GeM tenders and government procurement opportunities.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids, quotations, and required documents.
- Handle tender documentation, compliance, affidavits, certificates, and declarations.
- Track bid status, technical evaluation, reverse auctions, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, dispatch, invoicing, and order fulfilment.
- Maintain records of submitted, won, and ongoing tenders.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
