About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our Merchant Acquisition team. The role involves onboarding merchants, selling POS machines & sound boxes, and driving adoption of digital payment solutions in assigned markets.

What you will do
Identify and acquire new merchants for POS machines and sound box solutions in the assigned territory.
Pitch and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to merchants.
Build strong relationships with shopkeepers, SMEs, and local businesses to drive adoption.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and product installations.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC collection during merchant onboarding.
Provide post-sales support to merchants for smooth installation and usage of devices.
Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and cold calling.
Share competitor insights, customer feedback, and market updates with the team.

What you will need
Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, FMCG, telecom, or fintech sales preferred.
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport with merchants and small business owners.
Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
Basic understanding of POS / QR / sound box / digital payments (preferred).
Comfort with field work and willingness to travel locally.
