Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging with clients to comprehend their needs thoroughly and translating those requirements into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align closely with the client s objectives is a key focus throughout the workday, fostering collaboration and driving successful implementation outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration across various systems and platforms.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex business process integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA environments.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code enhancement in SAP ABAP for HANA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
