Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to analyze system issues and implement effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on problem-solving strategies.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GCP Dataflow.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting complex software systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and pipeline orchestration.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Experience working in collaborative environments involving multiple technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues and solutions clearly.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
