Summary:
As a Service Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the successful delivery of various programs, projects, or managed services. This role requires coordinating multiple projects by managing contracts and facilitating shared service collaboration. The position also focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to secure their engagement and support, thereby advancing the strategic objectives of the organization. The role demands continuous communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution and achievement of project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project deliverables with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong knowledge of device management and security policies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to endpoint management.
- Experience in coordinating deployment and configuration of software and updates across multiple devices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based management solutions and integration with existing IT infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
