Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : SAP UI5 Development
Good to have skills : Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are clearly defined and met. The individual actively participates in quality management activities, reviewing processes to maintain high standards and educating stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the designed workflows. The position demands continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business process designs with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices within enterprise applications.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with architects and developers to ensure alignment between business processes and application design.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies to support process validation and improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
