Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current infrastructure and solutions to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to support innovative and future-ready business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of migration plans to ensure seamless transition with minimal disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align cloud migration efforts with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Expertise in managing and maintaining database security and compliance standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with automation and scripting to streamline database administration tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools related to database migration and management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
