Project Role Description : Design and govern end-to-end data center infrastructure architecture across compute, storage, and networking layers, with a focus on scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI-enabled environments. Define architecture standards and patterns across compute, network, and storage domains, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements while supporting business and operational needs.
Must have skills : Microsoft SharePoint Administration
Good to have skills : Workplace Technology Solutions, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and documentation of complex technical environments that support organizational goals. This role requires deploying solution architectures and evaluating alternative approaches to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. The professional will establish architectural standards and processes to maintain consistency and quality across projects. Additionally, they will define testing criteria for solutions and assess the total cost of ownership to support informed decision-making. Promoting a clear and unified business vision through well-structured technical architectures is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures.
- Document and communicate architectural decisions and guidelines to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles and best practices related to SharePoint environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability within SharePoint architectures.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SharePoint environments, including security and compliance considerations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SharePoint and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
