Job Description
Installation: Laying and terminating fiber cables, and setting up Wi-Fi routers or ONT (Optical Network Terminal) devices.
Configuration: Activating high-speed internet and testing signal strength for optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing network errors, replacing faulty wiring, and fixing connectivity issues.
Customer Support: Demonstrating internet speed tests and guiding customers on basic device management.
