Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Contact prospects, present company products/services, and schedule meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects to close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and business development performance.
