• Job ResponsibilitiesConnect with job seekers through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Explain Xenova Global's recruitment and career support services.
• Guide candidates through the enrollment and onboarding process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• EligibilityExcellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales, counseling, telecalling, or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
