Job Description
Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries related to domestic and international travel packages.
Connect with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain trip itineraries, inclusions, pricing, hotels, transportation, and other package details clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized itineraries and travel solutions as per their needs.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Assist customers throughout the booking process, including hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel arrangements.
Coordinate with the operations and booking team to ensure smooth and timely confirmation of bookings.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates regarding their trip and bookings.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a professional and hassle-free booking experience.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
