Job Description

1. Billing & Transactions

  • Handle customer orders through POS (Petpooja / KDS) system quickly and accurately.
  • Collect payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and wallets.
  • Issue bills, receipts, and refunds where required.
  • Balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

2. Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers politely and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Handle billing queries, discounts, loyalty programs (Reelo, etc.), and offers.
  • Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate issues to the manager if needed.
