Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

* Handle social media pages of companies and brands under Zeel Juli Venture Pvt. Ltd.

* Manage selected lifestyle, product-based and external client social media accounts.

* Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.

* Coordinate with the creative, graphic design, video editing and production teams for content requirements.

* Monitor and identify Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends and implement relevant trends into brand content.

* Develop content ideas based on brand identity, audience, current trends and marketing objectives.

* Manage Reels, posts, carousels, stories and short-form content.

* Write and coordinate captions, hooks, CTAs and basic social media copy.

* Upload, schedule and manage videos on YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, tags/basic SEO and publishing.

* Coordinate and manage regular YouTube uploads and channel content schedules.

* Optimize social media profiles and maintain consistent brand voice and visual communication.

* Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and ensure timely community engagement.

* Track social media performance using Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics and platform analytics.

* Prepare basic monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, views, followers and content performance.

* Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.

* Analyze content performance and recommend improvements for better reach and engagement.

* Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals, content requirements and publishing schedules.

* Maintain consistency in posting frequency, content quality and brand communication across all managed accounts.

* Stay updated with new social media features, algorithms, formats and platform trends
