Job Description:
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.
Manage performance appraisal, PMS, KRA/KPI, and training & development activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and statutory authorities for HR compliance.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, registers, and employee documentation.
Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 audit requirements related to HR.
Manage HRMS activities and ensure accurate employee and attendance data.
Handle employee exit formalities, full & final settlement, and exit feedback.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and management presentations.
Lead and guide the HR team and coordinate with department heads for manpower and employee-related matters.
