Beauty & Hair Styling Trainer

Role Overview:

Dazzl is a hyperlocal quick-commerce platform delivering beauty & wellness services at customers’ doorsteps within minutes. We are looking for an experienced Beauty Services Trainer to own onboarding, skill training, certification, and continuous upskilling of beauty professionals to ensure consistent service quality, safety, and customer experience across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and induction training for new professionals.

• Deliver hands-on training for Skin Services (facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicure & pedicure).

• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, service SOPs, and product usage protocols.

• Certify professionals before live deployment and ensure readiness for at-home service delivery.

• Run refresher training, skill upgrades, and coaching based on performance gaps.

• Conduct field audits, live observations, and provide real-time feedback.

• Support rollout of new services, products, and process improvements.

• Maintain training documentation, assessment records, and skill matrices.

• Work closely with Operations and Supply teams to ensure workforce readiness.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Skin Services (threading, waxing, facials, manicure, pedicure etc.).

• Ability to practically demonstrate techniques and evaluate service quality.

Preferred Skill Set:

• Additional skills in Hair Services and/or Nail Services are highly preferred.

Experience Preference:

• Prior experience with branded salon chains such as Lakmé Salon, YLG, or other reputed salon brands.

• Experience as a Trainer, Senior Stylist, or Academy Instructor preferred.

• Prior experience training professionals for at-home service delivery is a strong advantage.
