Hair Stylist

We are setting up a premium men's salon in Bangalore and are looking for an experienced, skilled and customer-focused Senior Men's Hair Stylist / Barber to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, understands modern men's grooming and can deliver a consistently premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality men's haircuts including:

Fades and skin fades

Taper fades

Scissor cuts

Layered and textured cuts

Modern and classic men's hairstyles

Long and medium-length men's haircuts

Professional beard trimming, shaping and styling

Hair washing, blow-drying and styling

Hair styling using appropriate products and techniques

Basic hair treatments and grooming services

Consult with clients and recommend hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, lifestyle and personal preference

Understand and execute reference photos provided by customers

Maintain excellent attention to detail and finishing

Provide a premium and friendly customer experience

Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Recommend appropriate grooming products and services where relevant

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and professional standards at the workstation

Work efficiently while maintaining service quality

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of modern men's hairstyles and grooming trends

Excellent fading and blending skills

Strong scissor-cutting technique

Good beard shaping and detailing skills

Ability to work with different hair types and textures

Good understanding of face shapes and hairstyle suitability

Ability to consult with customers rather than simply follow instructions

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Experience Required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional men's salon or premium barber shop

Candidates with experience in brands such as Naturals, Toni&Guy, Green Trends, Looks, Enrich or similar premium salons will be preferred

Candidates with a strong portfolio of men's haircut and grooming work will be preferred

Compensation
