We are looking for passionate, hardworking, and enthusiastic Commi Chefs at all levels to support our kitchen operations. Whether you are an experienced chef or beginning your culinary journey, this is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills in Continental cooking.

🔪 Commi 1 (Sr Kitchen Executive ) – Senior Level

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Guide and support Commi 2 & Commi 3 team members.
• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the assigned kitchen section.

🍳 Commi 2( Kitchen Executive ) – Intermediate Level

• Assist with preparation of Continental dishes, sauces, marinades, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Perform cutting, portioning, marinating, and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
• Support Commi 1 while developing advanced Continental cooking techniques.

🥕 Commi 3(Kitchen Helper) – Junior / Entry Level

• Assist with basic preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Support the team in preparing Continental cuisine.
• Assist with kitchen setup, cleaning, and maintaining work areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Learn fundamental cooking techniques and grow within the kitchen team.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Continental Cuisine and a genuine interest in cooking.
• Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience required for Commi 1 & 2.3
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new culinary techniques.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
