Job Description:- We are looking for hardworking and responsible Event Operations Helpers to join our event operations team in Bangalore. The role involves supporting the setup, servicing, movement and maintenance of portable toilets, washroom units, cooling equipment and other event infrastructure at weddings, concerts, exhibitions, corporate events and sports events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading and shifting event equipment.
- Support installation and setup of portable toilets, washrooms and cooling equipment.
- Assist the Site Supervisor during event setup and dismantling.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of equipment at event sites.
- Support cleaning, servicing and basic maintenance activities.
- Follow safety and operational instructions.
- Travel to different event locations around Bangalore as required.
- Work during weekends, nights or extended hours during major events when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
- Hardworking, punctual and disciplined.
- Willing to travel to event locations.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/Kannada/English preferred.
- Prior experience in event work, housekeeping, facility management, construction, warehouse or field operations will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
