HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter 

Location: Bangalore – Hosachiguru Office 

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources (HR) 

Job Summary 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end 

recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and 

hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong 

stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast

paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely 

and quality hires. 

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role 

expectations. 

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee 

referrals. 

• Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.  

• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and 

stakeholders. 

• Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including TAT (Turnaround Time) and hiring 

reports. 

• Maintain and update candidate database with accurate records. 

• Support employer branding and HR initiatives. 

• Adapt to team requirements and take on additional responsibilities as needed. 

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset 

Preferred Experience 

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition  

• Experience hiring for diverse roles across functions is an added advantage
