Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to promote and sell electronic products such as diode, Transistors, Resistor, Capacitor, etc and other consumer electronics. The candidate will contact potential customers, explain product features, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain product features, specifications, prices, offers, warranties, and financing options.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic products.

Generate sales leads and convert enquiries into orders.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions professionally.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer details, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and service teams when required.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Collect customer feedback and report common issues or market trends to the supervisor.

Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and customer data privacy requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

12th pass or graduate; a diploma or degree in sales or marketing is an advantage.
