Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate (Contractual role) on the Teacher Operations team, you will own end-to-end hiring of online teachers across Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math for both domestic and international markets. You will source, screen, evaluate, and onboard teaching candidates in line with the Teacher Hiring SOP, ensuring every hire meets Codingal’s eligibility, communication, and evaluation standards, and joins with clear expectations on availability and payout

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen teaching candidates against role-, region-, and subject-specific eligibility criteria across Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math for both domestic and international markets.
• Evaluate candidate resumes and qualifications before moving them forward in the evaluation process.
• Screen candidates through telephonic conversations and consistently achieve weekly hiring targets.
• Conduct communication and all other assessment criterias.
• Assess candidate intent and interest transparently to ensure high engagement and minimize post-onboarding drop-offs.
• Verify candidates possess the required technical setup, including a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Maintain a clean hiring pipeline while seamlessly coordinating evaluation and onboarding workflows.
• Actively engage candidates as they transition into onboarding and training to minimize drop-offs throughout the process.

Employment Details & Compensation:

• Role Type: 6-Month Contractual Role (Performance-based conversion to Full-Time).
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹25,000 Net Take-Home (In-Hand).
• Work Schedule: On-site, 6 days a week (Bengaluru office).

What we are looking for:

• Graduate, with prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or high-volume hiring (ideally in EdTech or education).
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to assess candidates’ communication and pronunciation.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, comfortable following an SOP and a structured evaluation rubric.
• Comfortable with sourcing tools, an ATS, and managing a candidate pipeline.
• Good judgement in setting expectations and a candidate-first approach that reduces early drop-offs.
