Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process and help the organization attract and hire the right talent.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and hiring needs from different departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interviews.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Manage salary discussions, notice periods, and offer negotiations.
• Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Meet recruitment targets and closure timelines.
• Support employee referral and employer-branding activities.
