Job Description

Attend to inbound/outbound calls, Enquiry, Request, Complaint & process, co-ordinate and ensure that cases and interactions are logged correctly in CRM.

Resolve customer queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained.

Make outbound calls to customers when required in line with Client / Company guidelines

Candidates preferably with interest in learning new subjects, like Banking, Automobile, Real Estate, Hospitality etc.,

Languages : English with Kannada, Hindi

Mandate : English & Hindi
