HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews and assist in candidate selection.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee engagement and workplace relations.
• Address employee concerns and resolve HR-related issues.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee information.
• Monitor HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• English: Intermediate English

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
