Welcome customers and provide excellent service

Handle billing, cash transactions, and game card issuance/recharges

Assist customers during gameplay and explain game rules, offers, and packages

Resolve basic customer queries

Maintain cash records and ensure the gaming area is clean and organized

Report game malfunctions

Promote memberships and birthday packages

Perform assigned operational tasks and follow company SOPs

Training: Training will be provided.
