Job Description
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls, emails, and other channels to understand their academic and career needs.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on full-time and distance learning programs offered.
- Counsel and guide individuals based on their educational background, career aspirations, and professional goals.
- Proactively follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful admissions.
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with prospective students, supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend the most suitable academic programs.
- Achieve revenue and admission targets by effectively converting leads.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, education advancements, and emerging career opportunities.
- Accurately maintain student data, leads, and admissions records in the CRM system.
