Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet customers in person, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.

* Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research.

* Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and close sales.

* Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.

* Maintain records of daily visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

* Graduate or equivalent qualification.

* 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
