About ProsParity 

ProsParity is a FinTech company focused on financing electric vehicles across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India. We are 

looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer follow-ups, field collections, 

delinquency control, and recovery activities while maintaining a customer-centric approach. 

Key Responsibilities 

The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing overdue accounts through tele-calling and field visits, ensuring 

timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting recovery and legal processes. The role requires 

strong communication skills, field execution capabilities, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. 

A. Collections & Recovery

o Conduct tele-calling and field visits for overdue customers. 

o Ensure timely collection of overdue installments and regular follow-up with customers. 

o Meet monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management. 

o Track delinquent accounts and update collection status on a daily basis. 

o Coordinate with customers to understand repayment challenges and facilitate resolutions. 

o Escalate high-risk or non-responsive cases to the reporting manager. 

B. Repossession & Legal Support

o Assist in vehicle repossession activities as per company policies. 

o Support issuance and delivery of legal notices to defaulting customers. 

o Coordinate with legal agencies and field partners whenever required. 

o Maintain proper documentation related to recovery and repossession cases. 

C. Reporting & MIS 

o Update collection records and customer interactions in the system on a daily basis. 

o Submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the reporting manager. 

o Maintain accurate customer visit reports and payment tracking records. 

D. Compliance & Governance 

o Follow RBI Fair Practices Code, Digital Lending Guidelines, and company policies during collection activities. 

o Ensure professional and ethical conduct while interacting with customers. 

o Maintain complete transparency and proper documentation of all collection efforts. 

o Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality. 

FIELD WORK & ASSIGNED LOCATIONS 

This is a field-based role. The candidate will be required to visit customers across the following locations: 

Narmadapuram Region : 

o Narmadapuram (Hoshangabad) 

o Itarsi 

o Seoni-Malwa 

o Pipariya 

o Sohagpur 

o Babai (Makrai / Sahajpur area) 

o Bankhedi 

o Dolariya 

Important: The candidate should be comfortable with regular travel across the above locations for customer visits, 

collections, follow-ups, and recovery activities. 

6. REQUIREMENTS 

Experience 

o 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or field operations. 

o Experience in vehicle finance, microfinance, NBFC, or lending industry preferred. 

Skills 

o Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. 

o Ability to handle field collections and customer interactions effectively. 

o Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. 

o Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 

o Willingness to travel within assigned locations. 

Preferred 

o Experience in vehicle loan collections and recovery. 

o Familiarity with local market and customer geography. 

o Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
