Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and shortlist candidates while coordinating with hiring managers to fill positions quickly.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing to onboarding for assigned roles

Sourcing: Use job portals, LinkedIn, consultancy groups, and referrals to build a talent pipeline

Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate fit
