Roles and responsibilities :-
# End-to-end recruitment in Non IT
# Sourcing candidates as per the client`s JD
# Attracting candidates through various sourcing channels like Job portal, Head hunting, referrals, Job fairs and social media.
# Scheduling interviews by coordinating with the candidates and clients
# Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections, document collection, and joining.
