Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Explain Agathisha's programs, services, and opportunities clearly.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent Tamil & English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer questions professionally.
